We are a team of dedicated professionals with a combined experience of over 25 years in the rental, management and hospitality field.
Meet the Team
Lupita Moreno Wulff was born in Mexico City and raised in Puerto Vallarta. She went to study in Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada and then relocated to Guadalajara, Jalisco, where she finished her degree in Communications at ITESO. Her quest then took her to Mexico City, where she started a Real Estate Company with her sister, having a modest amount of exclusive clients, attending them in a personal and professional manner. She realized how much she enjoyed being there for her clients, while helping them find their amazing properties. This took her to start working in Property Management, specifically in vacation rentals, where she truly found her passion. This began in Mexico City and then relocated to San Miguel de Allende, where she managed more properties. In 2019 she moved back to Puerto Vallarta, where she kept working in the Property Management business. She is so happy to be a part of the Coldwell Banker La Costa team today, moving forward with all of the skills and expertise she has learned in the past.
Chanel Squire, Director of Guest Relations and Villa Rentals
Chanel Squire was born in Houston, Texas, and raised in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where she has lived since she was just a few months old. She studied business management in London, England AND SHANGHAI, CHINA at Hult International Business School for four years which is where she was immersed in one of the most diverse business schools in the world. A GREAT COMMUNICATOR, CHANEL WORKED ON SEVERAL START-UP AND learned her passion of meeting new people, learning new ideas and understanding everyone’s unique way of thinking – which has all come in handy when it comes to guest relations. In her free time she enjoys hiking, traveling, reading. IN HER SPARE TIME CHANEL VOLUNTEERS at local dog shelter as she’s a DEDICATED animal lover. She’s been back in Puerto Vallarta since 2016, working in luxury villa rentals and guest relations at Coldwell Banker La Costa Realty. She strives to give her guests a smooth, relaxing vacation and she’s always ready to help answer any questions or help solve any situations. Her #1 priority is to ensure her guests have the great vacation they deserve
Sare Rodriguez, Residential Concierge
Sare Rodríguez is originally from México City, where she studied tourism business administration. While AT university she had different jobs, always related to customer service. This is when she realized her passion to care about her customers’ needs. In 2011 she started a journey around the world that included working for Celebrity Cruises and travelled to 57 countries. Starting from buffet assistant, she got many promotions in the firm due to her incredible service, her smile, and her attention to detail. After SUCCESSFULLY ESCALATING HER position in the company, in 2015 she was promoted to room-service supervisor, managing a team of 10. She then moved to Puerto Vallarta, where she was offered a position as Residential Concierge at Coldwell Banker la Costa Realty luxury villas where she takes every opportunity to create amazing experiences for our guests!
